Woman sues apartment complex over icy slip, fall
BELLEVILLE — A woman visiting a St. Clair County apartment complex claims she was injured when she slipped on ice. Tracy Thomas filed a complaint Dec. 3 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Copper Creek Crossings Apartments LLC, alleging negligence. Thomas was visiting a tenant of the Copper Creek Crossings Apartments on Freedom Drive in Belleville on Dec. 10, 2018, according to her complaint.
