The Board of Directors of Ishwarshakti Holdings and Traders Limited, at its meeting held today have approved the financial results of the company for the period ended March 31, 2023 - Q4FY23 and FY2023.
Even after finding Samir Jain, vice president and managing director of Bennett Coleman Co Ltd (BCCL or the Times group), and his wife Meera Jain (who was also director of BCCL), hiding their status as promoters and projecting themselves as public shareholders in two listed companies, market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) allowed them to get away just by paying a minor penalty. However, they have been barred from the market until necessary compliance is carried out.
