Motorcyclist dies after crash on Butternut Street, police say Updated 10:28 PM; Syracuse, N.Y. — A man died after crashing his motorcycle Wednesday on Butternut Street, according to Syracuse police. The crash was reported at about 4:38 p.m. near the 100 block of Butternut Street, Syracuse police spokesman Sgt. Matthew Malinowski said. The cause of the crash is still under investigation, but police do not believe another vehicle was involved in the crash, Malinowski said.
