Visakhapatnam, Oct 30 (IANS) The collision between two trains in Andhra Pradesh’s Vizianagaram district appears to be a repeat of the ghastly train disaster in Odisha nearly five months ago.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy will visit the train accident site at Kantakapalli in Andhra Pradesh's Vizianagaram district to take stock of the situation. The train to Rayagada, which left Visakhapatnam just 15 minutes after the Palasa train, overshot a stop signal and collided with the latter. The accident happened on the same line as the June Odisha triple train tragedy.
