At least four people have died and 50 others injured after 21 coaches of the North East Express train derailed near Raghunathpur station in Buxar district, Bihar. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma is closely monitoring the situation and in contact with district authorities and rescue agencies. The Railways Minister, Ashwini Vaishnaw, confirmed that evacuation and rescue operations have been completed, and passengers will be shifted to a special train for their onward journey. An inquiry will be conducted to determine the cause of the derailment.
