However, in a drunk state and preoccupied with his mobile phone, he negligently left his bag on the engine's throttle, causing it to move forward unexpectedly.

The report said that a breathalyzer test conducted on Sachin showed a reading of 47 mg/100 ml which is considered to be mildly drunk.
