Charged in a juvenile facility, first degree murder. the way it happens in tennessee is that there's a transfer proceeding. if the prosecutor intends on trying him as an adult, there would be a transfer hearing from the juvenile facility to the circuit court, which is the adult court. so we'll have to see if that happens. but according to the superintendent of the juvenile facility, he said on camera that he had never seen an 11-year-old charged with first degree murder. >> the whole story is shocking. of course the question everyone is asking is, how did this 11-year-old have access to a gun?...
