Two years after launching a pilot program, the City of Winnipeg says wait times are down for users of wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAV).
A pilot program called Winnipeg Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle is a taxi booking service, which helps to reduce wait times may become a permanent city transit service.
