Chaos that goes on in a 911 dispatch center during crisis. this being major hurricane, dispatchers are here 24/7, 365. phones are ringing off the hook and i happened to be the lucky one who picked up the line. and basically, baby was coming when i picked up. you heard mom in the background and my job was to make sure i got the right address from dad. make him focused, understand what was going on, and what was happening. basically get the call in immediately and get it up to our police and firemen, paramedics, to make sure we got the help up there to bring baby in the world. >> kind of chaotic...
