Fire damages Ryan Township home
BARNESVILLE â Fire caused severe damage to a home in Ryan Township on Saturday, leaving one person homeless. Firefighters were called to 20 Sherwood Drive, just off Hillside Drive, around 10:15 a.m. and found heavy smoke coming from one side of the house. Ryan Township Fire Company Capt. Matt Morgan said it was determined the fire started in a first-floor front room of the two-story house and spread to several parts of the home.
