The four-year installation program will cost approximately $93.7 million, with the expense incorporated into customers' water rates. The work also includes inspecting water lines for lead.
The project, also including lead inspections and equipment replacements, would cost nearly $94 million. A 20% increase in 2024-2028 water rates for residential customers is expected to cover costs.
