Former navy officer from Carlisle caught with child sexual abuse images
A FORMER Royal Navy officer was caught with a vile and disgusting haul of child sexual abuse images when police visited his Carlisle home. Frank Galloway, 63, was brought to book amid a wider National Crime Agency probe into an IP address linked to a dark web forum associated with the exploitation of youngsters.
