The reported suspension of the Labour Party's Presidential Campaign Director General, Doyin Okupe by the Ogun State chapter of the party has been nullified by the party's National Secretariat. Okupe and other members of the party were reportedly suspended by the Ogun State Executive Committee. But at a media briefing in Abuja on Friday, the National Secretary of the Labour Party, Umar Farouk, declared the suspension null, void and of no effect.
