Babagana Zulum disclosed this on Tuesday while presenting the cheques to the pensioners at the Government House, Maiduguri. He said the amount was part of the backlog of arrears inherited from the previous administrations from 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 would be fully paid.
