Tara Murray Uncle Graham (Boots) and Aunty Joyce Cooper were stunned to be named joint winners of Brimbank council’s citizen of the year award. Following the council’s Australia Day ceremony on Tuesday morning, Uncle Graham said they were ‘gobsmacked’.
