TAMPA, Fla. â May is Mental Health Awareness Month and as we are settling down from the shock of the pandemic therapists say theyâre seeing an uptick in people who are feeling unfocused and unhappy.
If youâre feeling drained, unfocused or even a little joyless, youâre not alone.
The stresses and uncertainty of this past year have taken a toll on everyone, and now that things are settling down, many people say they're feeling "blah."
"Youâre not exactly thriving but youâre not full-blown depressed and youâre somewhere in the middle zone," said Celi VanDyke, Manager of Care Coordination at the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay.
