फूड डिलिवरी कंपनी जोमैटो के IPO की तारीख तय हो गई है। कंपनी का इश्यू 19-22 जुलाई तक खुलेगा। इसके एक शेयर की कीमत 70 से 72 रुपए तय की जा सकती है। 21 जुलाई को बकरीद होने से इश्यू 4 दिन खुलेगा। कंपनी इसके जरिए 9,375 करोड़ रुपए जुटाएगी।
चार सालों में दूसरा सबसे बड़ा इश्यू
पिछले चार सालों में यह दूसरा सबसे बड़ा IPO है। इससे पहले पिछले साल एसबीआई कार्डस ने 10 हजार 355 करोड़ और उससे पहले 2017 में जनरल इंश्योरेंस (जीआईसी) ने 11,176 करोड़ रुपए जुटाया था। जोमैटो के IPO में 9 हजार करोड़ रुपए का प्राइमरी सेल होगा जबकि 375 करोड़ रुपए का शेयर ऑफर फॉर सेल होगा। ऑफर फॉर सेल मतलब कंपनी में दूसरे हिस्सेदार अपने शेयर बेचेंगे।
फेस वैल्यू 1 रुपए होगा
इसके शेयरों का फेस वैल्यू 1 रुपए होगा। रिटेल और हाई नेटवर्थ इंडिविजुअल यानी एचएनआई के लिए 25% हिस्सा आरक्षित है। ऊपरी मूल्य यानी 72 रुपए के हिसाब से कंपनी का वैल्यूएशन 56 हजार 200 करोड़ रुपए है। जोमैटो ने IPO के लिए अप्रैल में सेबी के पास मसौदा जमा कराया था और पिछले हफ्ते इसे मंजूरी मिल गई थी।
ये हैं इसके शेयर धारक
इसके अन्य शेयरधारकों में उबर, अलीपे, ऐंटफिन सिंगापुर, इंटरनेट फंड, एससीआई ग्रोथ इन्वेस्टमेंट और इसके सह संस्थापक दिपिंदर गोयल हैं। सभी के पास 6-6% से ज्यादा की हिस्सेदारी है। वैसे अनलिस्टेड बाजार यानी ग्रे मार्केट में इसके शेयर की कोई बहुत ज्यादा मांग नहीं है। ग्रे मार्केट में यह 78 रुपए के आस-पास ही कारोबार कर रहा है। यानी 10-12% ज्यादा पर कारोबार है। इससे इसकी अच्छी लिस्टिंग और मुनाफे की उम्मीद भी नहीं है।
55-60 रुपए पर बेचा था शेयर
जोमैटो ने हाल में 55-60 रुपए के मूल्य पर शेयरों को बेच कर पैसा जुटाया था। तब उसका वैल्यूएशन 40 हजार करोड़ रुपए था। अभी यह 56 हजार करोड़ रुपए है। कंपनी IPO से मिले पैसे में से 5,625 करोड़ रुपए कंपनी को बढ़ाने और दूसरी कंपनियों को खरीदने पर खर्च करेगी। इसका कुल रेवेन्यू वित्त वर्ष 2018 में 487 करोड़ रुपए था जो 2020-21 में बढ़ कर 2,743 करोड़ रुपए हो गया। यह 2,385 करोड़ रुपए के घाटे में है।
इनका भी है जोमैटो में निवेश
एक्सचेंज फाइलिंग के मुताबिक जोमैटो में कोरा मैनेजमेंट, टाइगर ग्लोबल मैनेजमेंट, फिडेलिटी समेत इन्फोएज का निवेश है। इसमें सबसे बड़ी हिस्सेदारी (18.4%) इन्फो एज की है, जो ऑफर फॉर सेल (OFS) के जरिए 375 करोड़ रुपए के शेयर बेचेगी। कंपनी पहले जोमैटो के इश्यू में 750 करोड़ रुपए का OFS लाने वाली थी।
ऑफर फॉर सेल का साइज घटाया
जौमैटो ने 4 जुलाई को एक्सचेंज को दी गई जानकारी में बताया कि कंपनी ने ऑफर फॉर सेल का साइज घटा दिया है। इन्फो एज ऑफर फॉर सेल के जरिए 375 करोड़ रुपए जुटाना चाहती है। कंपनी ने IPO के लिए इसी साल अप्रैल में सेबी के पास रेड हेरिंग ड्राफ्ट प्रॉस्पेक्टस (फाइल) किया था।
पेटीएम का 17 हजार करोड़ का IPO
प्राइमरी मार्केट में पॉजिटिव सेंटीमेंट से घरेलू स्टार्टअप कंपनियां पब्लिक ऑफरिंग के लिए लगातार कोशिश में हैं। इसमें जोमैटो के साथ-साथ पेटीएम जैसे बड़े नाम शामिल हैं। पेटीएम की पैरेंट कंपनी वन97 कम्यूनिकेशन लिमिटेड अगले हफ्ते IPO के लिए सेबी के पास मसौदा जमा करा सकती है। कंपनी इस IPO से 17-18 हजार करोड़ रुपए जुटाने की तैयारी में है। इसका वैल्यूएशन 1.85 लाख करोड़ रुपए के करीब माना जा रहा है।
