Things out here is the scanner traffic. the police officers talking about that, talking about hand grenades and additional bombs. police officers at the scene have been ordered to power down their cell foarngs presumably out of fear they could trigger additional explosives. there is a huge area that has been cordoned off here -- i shouldn't say huge, but 3 blocks. there is a terrific police presence out here. it looks like 15 police agents, according to communications that we have gotten so far who, have be called out to the scene here. so the police are certainly responding with -- with a tre...
