The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has laid down a more effective policy for the implementation of its orders on complaints of allottees.
The 9 promoters are further directed by UP RERA to submit a compliance report of orders within 15 days.
The move is expected to provide relief to over 30,000 homebuyers who are awaiting delivery of flats.
