Woman's body recovered from Chitral river - Newspaper

CHITRAL: The body of a married woman, who had allegedly committed suicide in Torkhow area of Upper Chitral, was recovered from a river near Nishko village here on Tuesday. A Rescue 1122 official told Dawn that the woman was reportedly suffering from mental illness. He said the woman ended her life by jumping into river. The official said that search for her had been going on for last two days. He said that Rescue 1122 swimmers faced difficulty in tracing out the body as the river was in high floods due to melting of glaciers.
