Tallahassee had a different challenge than storm surge. our biggest challenge our community has about 50% tree cover over our community which is quite phenomenal considering the urbanized area of the capital city. we had power outages and are experiencing over 80,000 customers without power. trees, thousands of them that came down, many of them blocking critical roadways. we've almost cleared all those critical roadways so that folks can at least begin to get a sense of normalcy. our utility crews are work to go get power restored. we tried to tell the public it's our hope to have about 90% ba...
