Flags have been flying at half-mast across Finland after a child was killed and two others seriously wounded in a shooting at a school on Tuesday.
HELSINKI -- A 12-year-old student opened fire at a secondary school in southern Finland on Tuesday morning, killing one student and seriously wounding two others, police said. The suspect was later apprehended.
The motive for a school shooting in Finland that left a 12-year-old boy dead was bullying, police have said.
Two of the victims remain in hospital with serious injuries.
