so typically at fbi interviews, no one is under oath, you don t need to be under oath because lying to an fbi agent is a crime, whether or not you re under oath or not. typically it s no court reporter present. there s no videocameras, no, you know, no one taping. on an interview like this. there s fbi agents sitting there, they re taking notes. there s a federal prosecutors in this case, mr. mueller and his team would be there and obviously also have defense attorneys there. that s how that works. that s a pretty standard practi practice. when myself tahe s talking abou under oath, he was office the reservation there from the perspective of what his attorneys i m sure had in mind. i can imagine mr. cobb was sitting back in the white house very concerned about potentially losing his leverage with robert mueller. i don t think he wants the president to be testifying formally in front of the grand jury. he wants it to be more informal. ....

General of the united states for any video, any cell phone pictures that were taken from the scene to help investigators try and find the suspect, piece together what happened. they ve gone to such unusual lengths on this that i m reporting we were just told that i.c.e. agents, immigrations custom enforcement agents are at logan airport today questioning travelers leaving the city. airplane passengers. asking them if they have any of these cell phone videos or pictures before they leave the city. that s a tactic i haven t seen before and it shows the lengths to which they re going to try to find any footage that can be helpful in this case because right now from everything we ve been told, they have no active leads, certainly nobody in custody. you know, it s really interesting to think there are all these different accidental witnesses that might have material on their cell phones or videocameras that could really be a linchpin lead to police not even realizing it. so it s interes ....
We have a suspect attempting to introduce narcotics into the institution. that is a suspect sitting right there, he s looking around. there s another inmate. the inmate directly in front of him, is attempting to block the cameras. as you can see, he s halfway off the chair. that s what piqued the curiosity of my officers, the way the individual is sitting. that s usually an indicator that there s a chance he s going to attempt to introduce narcotics. you can see his right hand. there s an orange bindle, within a matter of seconds that windbindle will be secreted in his rectum. you can see there he goes. at that point he s introduced narcotics into the institute. unfortunately for him, we had staff in the area monitoring the videocameras and we watched this as it unfolded and we were able ....
