The Munich Security Conference has provided the backdrop for heated debate over the future of ukraine. At the annual gathering of the worlds top diplomats and defense officials, u. S. Secretary of state john kerry condemned what he called a disturbing trend among governments in central and eastern europe, including ukraine, to trample on the aspirations of ordinary people.
