As Abhishek entered the lift and pressed the button for the 7th floor, the unfortunate event unfolded. The trolley became stuck in the doors of the lift, leading to Abhishek being trapped in between as the lift initiated its movement.
The victim was reportedly on his way down from the ninth floor of the hotel. According to the police, it is suspected that the trolley he was taking with him got stuck in the lift's doors while he was on the way to the 8th floor. The deceased was identified as K Abhishek., Chennai News, Times Now
