Moodle in English: Setup for a Beginner Willing to Learn

Hello All, So I recently went through the “Learn Moodle Basics,” course.  And everything was looking good until I came to the part about setting up a server for my moodle site.  And can I just say – Damn!!  So anyways, I did a lot of research mostly on these forums and decided to go with setting up my own server.  I remember reading that for the best results do not be afraid of the CLI, and something about CLAS.  I’m going with Linux, specifically CentOS 8.  Which I have to say is a whole new language, new culture, new world that I have to learn.  Mind you I have the time now....
