The Lehrer Report: Feb. 5, 2021 Monday, February 08, 2021 Print I did it. I signed up get the vaccine. I followed the directions and went on line at 11 a.m. as requested. I can see why there are issues. The sign-up required a photo or download of the insurance card. Dismay, I don’t know how to download. I have never done it. Fortunately , one could take a photo. For those who register over the phone, I assume a photo would not be required. I have friends in other states where it took hours just to connect.
