Xiao Long Dumplings opens soon at Chinatown Plaza

Perhaps motivated by the immediate success of the Strip’s Din Tai Fung and its soup noodle-inspired mascot at the Aria resort, new concept Xiao Long Dumplings is promising to be opening in May at Spring Mountain Road’s Chinatown Plaza.
Featuring its own logo character serving the house specialty in a bamboo basket, true to its name, Xiao Long Dumplings will focus on steamed soup dumplings, but also hints at a full Chinese menu.
Still to reveal details of future opening hours, or an estimated debut date, the restaurant takes over the large, 6,815-square-foot Harbor Palace Seafood Restaurant, a former tenant for more than a dozen years on the eastern side of the retail center.
