Apple Got Rid Of 39,000 Game Apps From China App Store To Meet Deadline

Tech 2 months, 3 weeks Apple recently got rid of over 46,000 apps on its China store, out of which 39,000 were game apps. This has so far been the biggest ap purge done by Apple in a single day. As reported by Reuters, the apps were removed because December 31 is the deadline for all game publishers to obtain a license. Games affected included Ubisoft title Assassin’s Creed Identity and NBA 2K20, as per research firm Qimai.
