From Jail, PDP’s Waheed Parra Wins DDC Election Tasavur Mushtaq SRINAGAR: While being in jail, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) incarcerated youth president Waheed Parra has won the District Development Council (DDC) polls from Pulwama-1.
