Appeal: Recall to Prison, Kevin Fawcett
Friday, 1 July 2022 Police are appealing for information about Kevin Fawcett, who is wanted on recall to prison. Fawcett, who is 35 and from the Wakefield area, was released on licence from prison in May 2021 after serving part of a sentence for an aggravated burglary. He is now believed to have breached the terms of his release and a recall has been issued. Officers are making extensive enquiries to locate Fawcett, who is described as being about 5ft 9ins tall and of slim build.

More than 8,000 Prescription Tablets Seized From Property in Wakefield
Wednesday, 4 May, 2022 A significant quantity of prescription-only medicine has been seized following the execution of a warrant at a property in Wakefield. Over 8,000 Pregablin, Zopiclone and Eszopiclone tablets, which are Class C drugs, were found, as well as a small quantity of cocaine, cannabis and synthetic cannabinoids.
