I'm not really confident that we would see this taken up as a criminal matter. typically, if you look back at the metaphor or the analogy that everybody is drawing with the nixon administration, which at the end of the day wasn't so much an issue of what actually happened at the watergate complex. it was an issue of the president abusing his power, of obstructing justice. the route you would go would be through the congress of the united states. here's where the story turns ugly if you work where i do, which is jason chaffetz notwithstanding. jason has already announced his retirement from the...
