Butler Market Rd., Purcell Blvd Closures Start Today As part of the Empire Corridor Improvements Project, the intersection of NE Butler Market Road and NE Purcell Boulevard will be closed starting May 3. This closure will extend for four to five months, anticipated into mid-September. The road closures are necessary to allow construction of a new roundabout at Butler Market Road and Purcell Boulevard.
