Monday, Northbound I-5 near Nulle Road will be reduced to one lane overnight and on Tuesday, Southbound I-5 near the Meridian Street onramp will be reduced to one lane from 9pm to 4am. An annual inspection of the Whatcom Chief may delay or cancel the 1pm round-trip from Lummi Island on Wednesday.
