The Department of State Services (DSS) has arrested two persons identified as Sharu Abubakar Tabula and Isma'il Iliyasu Mangu for allegedly deliberately inciting violence in some parts of Kano State. The DSS in a statement released by its Public Relations Officer, Peter Afunanya, noted that the suspects had separately recorded inciting messages, which they shared through various social media channels.
The cleric said election is a 'war' and that no true Muslim should run away from armed security personnel and non state actors on election day.
