Already. it's over the open waters. they're very, very warm waters. let's track it for you. there's our category 2 storm. within the next 24 hours, by the time we talk to you this time tomorrow, we're going to look at a category 3 storm. we need to talk about the gusts. that's what is going to impact everyone. then by saturday into sunday, it's over these open waters, it's taking in that warm water. there's nothing to slow it down. there's no interaction with land. the wind sheer is slow. it's going to blossom into a category 4 storm. nor northwestern bahamas will be affected. heed any warning...

Preparing for something like this? >> well, right now the most important thing is anybody from the florida keys well into the georgia coast should be paying very close attention to what happens. and any small change in the forecast at this point can have huge ramifications along the coast in three days from now. talking with the national hurricane center and others that are in there working the forecasts, there is nothing in the way of this storm that will keep it from rapidly intensifying. wind sheer will subside and water temperatures are prime so i think you can expect to see dorian a major...

It will be a guarantee if this storm basically goes right over the center of puerto rico and as far as rain is concerned, that's really ramped up in the last day or so as well as far as the forecast goes. we were looking at two to four inches of rain, we're talking six to ten. some areas more and that will produce quite a bit of flooding as well as mudslides as we go through the next 24 to 48 hours. >> what about the rest of the u.s. coastline? we can see the cone headed toward florida. >> that's right. towards puerto rico and on the north side all eyes on the storm. especially folks in the u....
