All 41 workers trapped in Uttarakhand's Silkyara tunnel since November 12 were successfully rescued in a challenging operation involving manual drilling. The workers, draped in garlands, were greeted by officials and taken to the hospital. The rescue marked a significant breakthrough, with "rat miners" manually drilling through rocks and gravel after machinery failures.
