New Zealand's minimum wage increases to $14 per hour
New Zealand’s adult minimum wage rate will increase by 2 per cent to 23.15 NZ (New Zealand) dollars, (14.12 U.S. dollars) an hour from April 1. The government is committed to striking the right balance between protecting the incomes of the lowest paid workers, Workplace Relations and Safety Minister Brooke Van Velden said on Thursday.
