David ige. while i'm thankful this was a false alarm the public must have confidence in the emergency alert system. i'm working to get to the bottom of this so that we can prevent this type of error in the future. according to the governor, this was simply human error during a shift change here one of the departing employees accidentally pressed the wrong button and led to this false alarm and really, a major, major scare in hawaii. which has really been on edge ever since north korean supreme commander kim jong-un began really frequently testing his missiles and threatening the united states ...
