SEMICONDUCTORS <strong>Nanya dividend approved</strong> DRAM chipmaker Nanya Technology Corp (南亞科技) yesterday said that its board of directors has approved the distribution of a cash dividend of NT$3.7 per share. That represents about a 50 percent payout ratio based on the company’s earnings per share last year of NT$7.4.
