삼성디스플레이 노사가 8일 아산1캠퍼스에서 김범동 인사팀장(부사장)과 김정란·이창완 노조위원장 등 노사 교섭위원들이 참석한 가운데 '임금 협약 체결식'을 진행했다.
삼성디스플레이 노사는 지난 1월 109개 조항에 대한 단체협약을 체결한 뒤 2월25일부터 5개월여 동안 임금 협상을 진행해 왔다. 노사 양측은 9차례의 교섭 끝에 이달 5일 2021년 임금 협상안에 합의했다.
이날 임금 협약 체결식에 참석한 김범동 인사팀장은 "갈등도 있었지만 단체협약에 이어 임금 협약까지 소통과 신뢰로 합의를 이뤄낸 노사 양측 교섭위원들에게 감사하다"며 "이번 경험을 바탕으로 회사와 임직원 모두의 발전을 위해 상생하는 노사 모델을 만들어가겠다"고 말했다.
이창완 노조위원장은 "노동조합과 회사의 상생 및 발전적 미래를 위해 뜻을 모았다"며 "앞으로 노조는 기본에 충실하며 정당하고 합리적인 요구를 통해 노동자의 권익 증진을 유도하고 이를 바탕으로 회사 경영에 기여할 수 있는 건강한 조직이 되도록 노력할 것"이라고 밝혔다.

삼성디스플레이 노동조합이 삼성전자 계열사 중 최초로 회사와 임금협약을 체결할 예정이다.
삼성디스플레이 노조는 2021년도 임금협상 잠정합의안에 대한 조합원 투표 결과 83％가 찬성했다고 5일 밝혔다.
삼성디스플레이 노조는 지난 6월 사측과 견해차를 좁히지 못하고 창사 이래 첫 파업에 돌입했다.
삼성디스플레이 노조의 파업은 삼성이 지난해 무노조 경영 원칙을 폐기한 이후 최초이자 2012년 회사 설립 이후 처음이다.

노조는 곧 파업을 해제할 예정이다.
노조 측은 "코로나19 장기화와 대외 경쟁 심화 상황을 고려해 회사 경쟁력을 위해 임금인상률 요구를 철회했다"며 "회사는 4개월 뒤 재개되는 차기 임금협상을 위해 회사 임금 관련 자료를 제공하기로 약속했다"고 밝혔다.
사용자 측과 노조는 서로 한발씩 물러섰다. 노조는 그간 요구해온 기본인상률 6.8％를 철회하고, 회사가 기존 노사협의회와 확정한 기본인상률 4.5％를 받아들이기로 했다.
사측도 지난달 말 삼성 전체 계열사 인사팀장들이 한 데 모여 ‘양대 노총’ 전직 위원장에게 강연을 들었다. 삼성 주요 계열사에 다수의 노조가 설립된 상황에서 회사 측에서도 새로운 원칙이 필요하다는 판단 때문이다.
삼성준법감시위원회는 위원장인 김지형 전 대법관을 포함해 노동 관련 위원회를 별도로 꾸렸다. 노동 관련 현안에 대한 깊이 있는 논의는 물론, 관계사에 있는 노사관계 자문그룹과의 교류도 강화하기로 했다.
노조는 "노조 입장에서 충분한 결과물은 아니지만, 노조의 협상력이 문서로 입증된 점, 경영자료를 기반으로 대화 테이블이 열리는 점 등을 성과로 판단했다"며 "앞으로 발전적 미래를 위해 신의성실의 자세를 유지하기로 약속했다는 점에 의의를 뒀다"고 덧붙였다.
노사는 이달 8일 오후 임금협약 체결식을 개최할 계획이다. 파업에 돌입한 조합원들은 내주부터 현업에 복귀한다. 삼성디스플레이 노조는 지난해 2월 한국노총 산하로 출범했고, 현재 조합원 수는 전체 직원의 10％를 웃도는 2400여 명 규모다.
삼성디스플레이는 올해 1월 삼성 전자계열사 중 최초로 노조와 단체협약을 체결한 바 있다.
