Cambodia's Ministry of Environment and its organization partners have launched the second phase of zero-snaring in protected areas campaign, targeting another six provinces, officials and conservationists said.
"Zero-Snaring" campaign, led by Cambodia's Ministry of Environment (MoE) with the cooperation and support from conservation organizations, was wrapped up with proud results, MoE's Secretary of State Neth Pheaktra said on Sunday.
The first province to see the latest “Stop Wildlife Trafficking” campaign, an extension of the successful zero snaring campaign, was Mondulkiri province in the northeast of Cambodia, an area which is rich in natural resources and wildlife in protected areas.
