ISHPEMING Ishpeming City Manager Craig Cugini and RG Design Companies Project Manager Jason Gauthier reconfirmed Friday the grand opening for the new Senior Center of Ishpeming is on track to be held in June.
The new facility will be almost 3,000 square feet, contain fire control systems and a new kitchen. It will be available for many more activities than the prior facility was capable of hosting.
Cugini noted the new building options and how they can benefit the community. The project has created space, comfort and universality in order to be available for many activities.
