And her first challenge has been well and truly smashed this weekend - with 148 people pledging their support over the four days after she posted her request on social media.
By Monday, Stacy’s fundraising target of £250 had already been surpassed and was last night totalling £372.
Stacy said: “It went absolutely crazy. People have been amazing. What I’m so proud of is people have set their own challenges - some people have walked a mile, some people have walked one mile every day or four miles every day. Some people have met people they haven’t seen for a long time for a socially-distanced walk. It’s just gone crazy, I’m so proud of everybody, honestly.”

THE CEO of Thames Valley Air Ambulance (TVAA) has spoken out about the community's vital support during the pandemic.
TVAA is one of the most vital services for those who are critically injured or ill in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Within minutes, highly trained paramedics, doctors and pilots can be on scene where needed and are ready for any eventuality - regularly saving lives.
Amanda McLean has been the CEO of the charity for 4.5 years and likened her job to that of a conductor of an orchestra.

THE county’s air ambulance service attended more than 2,500 call outs last year, including nearly 140 in Oxford.
Thames Valley Air Ambulance, a registered charity, has also revealed the top reasons for attendances with cardiac arrest the most common.
Between October, 2019 and September last year the air ambulance received a total number of 2,570 call outs and helped 1,497 patients across the Thames Valley and beyond.
In Oxford, they were called out 139 times and delivered medical care to 66 patients.
Of the 2,570 call outs the most common reason was for cardiac arrests, with 692 calls, then accidental injuries at 550 and followed by road traffic collisions at 466.

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — An early report card on student grades during the pandemic shows cause for concern, as the number of D's and F's are up at schools across California.
Nine months into the coronavirus pandemic and some parents are just done with distance learning.
"Best case scenario I'd like to get my child back in a classroom," Amanda McLean says. Her five-year-old daughter is a student at L R Green Elementary School in Escondido. "There is very minimal interaction with children and teachers in the classroom and yet our children are thriving far better in that setting than they are in zoom."
