Constitution of Pakistan guarantees equal rights to minorities: Qadri

Minister for Religious Affairs, Pir Noorul Haq Qadri has said that constitution of Pakistan guarantees religious freedom, respect and equal rights to minorities.
Addressing the Interfaith Harmony Conference in Quetta on Thursday, the Minister said the government is committed to protect the rights of minorities.
He said on the other hand, in India, Muslims, Christians and other minorities are facing repression at the hand of majority.

Peace restored in tribal districts after meritorious sacrifices of LEAs: Qadri

Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony Noor-ul-Haq Qadri says peace has been restored in tribal districts after meritorious sacrifices of law enforcement authorities.
Inaugurating Pakistan Sports Festival in Jamrud area of district Khyber today (Sunday), he said no-go areas have been eliminated in the tribal belt and now people are leading a peaceful life there.
Noor-ul-Haq Qadri said some elements are trying to sabotage peace in the country but they will never be successful in their nefarious designs.
He said the tribal people will never hesitate to give any sacrifices for the country.

Maximum facilities to be ensured during upcoming Hajj 2021: Qadri

Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Noor-ul-Haq Qadri says all out efforts would be made to ensure maximum facilities for the pilgrims during the upcoming Hajj.
He was talking to media in Karachi, after attending a Hajj Conference with representatives of Hajj Organisers Association Pakistan and Hajj Organisers Association Sindh.
The Minister said Saudi Arabia has not yet announced a clear policy for Hajj-2021. He said all stakeholders would be consulted and their suggestions would be shared with the Saudi officials.
Noor-ul-Haq Qadri said the government would make efforts for ensuring minimum cost of Hajj, however if there would be SOPs, Hajj may be expensive.
