The Woolworths COOK range makes it easy to enjoy flavoursome meals such as Slow Cooked Chinese BBQ style Pork with Char Siu Sauce and Butterflied Pork with Smoky BBQ Marinade, which are pre marinated and portioned so customers can simply cook and enjoy.
New mouthwatering roasts such as Boneless Rolled Chicken Roast with Lemon, Garlic, Thyme and Sourdough stuffing and Beef Rump Mini Roast with Mustard and Herb make it easy and quick to enjoy savoury oven-cooked meals.
A home cook has revealed her quick and easy two-ingredient recipe for a restaurant-style barbecue pork. Joyce said she marinated the pork shoulder in a $4.50 sauce, in which she purchased from Woolworths, before cooking it in her air fryer. I used just over a kilo of boneless pork shoulder cut into two long portions and marinated in five tablespoons of Char Siu Sauce ( Lee Kum kee brand) overnight, she wrote in a popular Australian Facebook group. Super easy! Then next day into my 5.3L air fryer for 12 mins each side at 180 degrees Celsius and basted it with additional one teaspoon of same sauce for extra flavour.
