USC to return to normal in-person operations in Fall semester 2021

COLUMBIA, S.C. The University of South Carolina announced a full return to normal campus operations including face-to-face classes, dormitory living and other campus activities beginning in the Fall 2021 semester.
USC will continue to employ on-campus COVID-19 testing and mitigation strategies based on up-to-date public health guidelines.

BATON ROUGE, La. It was a defensive battle in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on Sunday afternoon, but the LSU women’s basketball team came up short against the No. 4 South Carolina Gamecock, 69-65.
The Tigers are now 6-7 on the season and 4-3 in the SEC, while the Gamecocks improve their overall record to 12-1 and 7-0 in the SEC.
Early on in the game, both teams struggled offensively, but the defensive effort on both sides was equally impressive. The score at the end of the first half was 25-23 in LSU’s favor after senior Karli Seay collected a steal and an easy layup on the other end as the clock hit zero.

Colorado Buffaloes over No. 1 Stanford Cardinal (77-72 in OT) (Sunday)
The Buffaloes picked up their first-ever win over the No. 1 team in the nation. Stanford had been undefeated entering the contest and even after the loss they are No. 2 in the net rankings, while Colorado is No. 57. Mya Hollingshed scored 32 points for Colorado.
