Letter: Home Care services will be critically affected over auto reform Kris Skogen We were disappointed to see our legislators response to Amber Marcy’s opinion piece “The catastrophic half-truths of no-fault insurance reform law” published May 10. Ms. Marcy correctly stated that one of the unintended consequences of changes in the auto no-fault law is Home Care services, for people like herself, will be disrupted on July 1, 2021. Yes, Ms. Marcy will still have her lifetime benefits as a quadriplegic needing daily care, but the benefits will go from paying 100 percent to only 55 percent of the invoice. This essentially ends her access to care, and access to care for thousands of others with these needs. ....
