हरियाणा के सोनीपत में पति द्वारा कथित रूप से गर्भवर्ती पत्नी की धारदार हथियार से हत्या कर शव नाले में फेंकने का मामला सामने आया है। महिला के मायके वालों ने इसे दहेज हत्या करार दिया है। आरोपी पति सेना का जवान है। पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है।
बरोदा पुलिस थाने के प्रभारी बदन सिंह ने बताया कि शनिवार को सुबह करीब आठ बजे सूचना मिली थी कि महार गांव के पास नाला संख्या-8 में महिला का शव पड़ा है। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस को पीड़िता के पिता ने बताया कि उसके पति गुलशन ने उसकी दहेज के लिए हत्या की है। उन्होंने गुलशन के पिता, मां व भाई पर दहेज प्रताड़ना का आरोप लगाया है। चारों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। सभी आरोपी अभी फरार हैं।
जानकारी के मुताबिक, आरोपी ने पीड़िता को रोहतक स्थित मायके से लाते वक्त रास्ते में घटना को अंजाम दिया और स्वयं फोन कर इसकी जानकारी महिला के घरवालों को दी।
पीड़िता का मायका रोहतक की इंदिरा कॉलोनी में है। उसके पिता ने बताया कि उन्होंने अपनी बेटी ज्योति (25) की शादी 15 दिसंबर 2020 को गोहाना में गौतम नगर निवासी गुलशन के साथ की थी। गुलशन सेना का जवान है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि शादी के बाद से ज्योति को उसका ससुर, सास, देवर व पति दहेज के लिए प्रताड़ित कर रहे थे और गाड़ी, सोने की चेन, एसी और 10 लाख रुपये नकद मांग रहे थे और उसके साथ मारपीट करते थे।
पिता ने बताया कि गुलशन गुरुवार शाम को ज्योति को मायके ले आया था और शनिवार सुबह पांच बजे दोनों गोहाना के लिए निकले थे। गुलशन ने ही बताया कि वह महार गांव के पास है और ज्योति बोल नहीं रही जिससे घबराए वे मौके पर पहुंचे।
