GUWAHATI: Cultural festivities are opportunities to experience Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat , opined experts in a webinar organized by the Press Information Bureau (PIB), Guwahati on Economic Value-adds of Festivals of North Eastern States to Society and its prosperity here on Thursday.
